Hope for Families is the campaign to close a gap of $524,000 to fund all 77 families Jeremiah Program serves on the Minneapolis and St. Paul campuses. It takes $25,000 to support one family annually, so the gap means Jeremiah has just 21 more families to fund by December 31, 2012. More here.
Jeremiah Program welcomed several new members this fall to its Visionary Circle. We salute the following for extraordinary levels of accumulative giving:
- Nancy and John Berg for a generous gift to the Minneapolis-St. Paul endowment fund.
- Sandra and Lynn Davis for service on the national board and numerous committees combined with generous financial support.
- The Moody Foundation for its generous support of the expansion of Jeremiah Program in Austin, Texas.
- The Steiner Family whose leap of faith in the early years of Jeremiah and steadily growing support has made an enormous difference.
At a special reception for the new Visionary Circle members, Jeremiah Program also recognized the significant in-kind contributions of Rick Grobovsky, a roofing consultant whose guidance and support saved the organization more than $150,000.
