Jeremiah Program Welcomes Nikki Evans as The New JP Brooklyn Executive Director

Introducing Nikki Evans as the new Executive Director of JP Brooklyn.

In conversation with Chastity Lord.

We are thrilled to introduce Nikki Evans as the new Executive Director of JP Brooklyn. Nikki comes to us from the City University of New York (CUNY) where she served as Director of Office of Workforce Partnerships, building bridges between businesses, CUNY’s workforce, and academic programs. She has decades of experience building equitable and powerful partnerships with visionary leaders and organizations, including SBS’ Tech Talent Pipeline, the NYC Center for Youth Employment, and the NYC Economic Development Corporation.

We are so excited to share that Nikki and other nonprofit leaders and government advocates will spearhead the NYC Steering Committee on Inclusive Growth. This committee will focus on identifying priorities and developing a concrete policy agenda, including recommendations and initiatives for good quality jobs and affordable housing, while also increasing access and opportunity by addressing structural inequities affecting lower-income New Yorkers like our JP families.
