Jeremiah Program serves single moms and their children experiencing poverty in Brooklyn, New York. Our mission is to disrupt the cycle of poverty for single mothers and their children, two generations at a time. JP believes that no mother should have to choose between investing in herself and her children.
About us
Jeremiah Program Brooklyn
JP launched in Brooklyn in 2017, partnering with other family resource providers in the community, while also offering JP’s unique program components for both moms and their children.
our 2023 impact
- 280 moms and children participated in JP’s two-generation programing
- 65% of eligible JP kids participated in summer enrichment opportunities
- 35 moms enrolled in college courses for the Spring and/or Fall 2023 semesters
