Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN

The Minneapolis location offers 39 residential apartments and an on-site child development center in the heart of downtown Minneapolis near Minneapolis Community Technical College. The St. Paul Community Campus offers 38 residential apartments and an on-site child development center in the Rondo/Summit-University neighborhood, with easy access to several post-secondary schools nearby.

Our top-rated child development centers provide an excellent early childhood education for children ages six weeks through preschool. The children learn in a physically safe, emotionally secure and intellectually stimulating environment, with age-appropriate classrooms and outdoor playgrounds.

Both sites offer welcoming community space for empowerment and life skills classes, as well as places for residents to gather, share a meal, study and socialize.

Our Campuses

Residents pay only 30% of their income for their safe and affordable housing, a significant factor in making it possible to pursue a career-track college education.
