Jeremiah Program launched in the Brownsville neighborhood in Brooklyn in 2017. JP’s Brooklyn sites have established an innovative community model that coordinates existing community resources for families through partnerships, while also offering JP’s unique program components for both moms and their children. In 2021, we served the highest number of families in JP Brooklyn history.

141% increase in families served over 2020.

IN 2021, moms engaged in 562 family coaching sessions supporting their college persistence and family stability.


LAST YEAR, 37 JP kids benefited from high quality childhood development resources and supplemental tutoring.
