Jeremiah Program serves single moms and their children experiencing poverty in Brooklyn, New York. Our mission is to disrupt the cycle of poverty for single mothers and their children, two generations at a time. JP believes that no mother should have to choose between investing in herself and her children.

Jeremiah Program Brooklyn
JP launched in Brooklyn in 2017, partnering with other family resource providers in the community, while also offering JP’s unique program components for both moms and their children.
our 2024 impact
- 341 moms and children participated in JP’s two-generation programming
- 170 kids participated in JP-funded summer enrichment opportunities
- 117 moms supported on their post-secondary education journeys
