Jeremiah Program
Brooklyn
Jeremiah Program launched in the Brownsville neighborhood in Brooklyn in 2017. JP’s Brooklyn sites have established an innovative community model that coordinates existing community resources for families through partnerships, while also offering JP’s unique program components for both moms and their children. In 2021 we are projected to support nearly 100 moms and children, with an average age of 31 and annual income of $21,469.
“It just gives me more courage and makes me feel happy that my kids are along with me through this journey, and they’re experiencing the positive aspects of it. We built a new family in this program.”
