
Amanda Luedtke
Minneapolis Executive Director
Amanda Luedtke, MA LPCC, is the Executive Director of JP Minneapolis. She has dedicated nearly 25 years to serving the Twin Cities human services community. Her career as a senior leader has spanned a diverse range of programs, including services for children and youth experiencing homelessness, mental health and wellness, early childhood development, and adult education. With undergraduate degrees in psychology and criminology and a master’s in clinical mental health, Amanda is a licensed behavioral health provider and experienced behavioral health supervisor. She has also shared her knowledge and passion as an adjunct instructor in graduate-level programs.
Amanda’s personal values — grounded in justice, inclusion, and compassion — are deeply aligned with the mission of JP Minneapolis. The organization’s commitment to empowering women and children reflects the very heart of her life’s work.
