Tiffany Tillis Lewis
Austin Executive Director
Tiffany Tillis Lewis, Ph.D., is the Executive Director of Jeremiah Program’s Austin campus. With over 23 years of experience as an executive leader and consultant, she brings a unique perspective shaped by her own journey as a single mother and a first-generation college graduate.
Before joining JP, Tiffany held various key roles at the University of Texas at Austin. In her most recent position as an assistant vice president, she focused on advancing academic equity, enhancing student success, and promoting four-year graduation initiatives. In 2013, she founded the Fearless Leadership Institute, an initiative designed to support college women of color academically, personally, and professionally as they matriculated and earned their college degrees. Additionally, she is a respected faculty member at the McCombs School of Business at UT Austin, where she educates young business professionals on leadership in multicultural work environments.
Tiffany has made significant contributions as a consultant and trainer on issues such as bias, equity, cultural humility, power dynamics, change management, building inclusive cultures, navigating difficult conversations, and organizational wellness. Her expertise has benefited a wide range of organizations, including educational institutions, businesses, and nonprofits, contributing to a nuanced understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities.
Throughout her career, Tiffany has been recognized with several awards and honors for her outstanding service in higher education and beyond. She holds a B.A. in psychology (2003), an M.Ed. in college student personnel (2008), and a Ph.D. in higher education leadership (2017), all from the University of Texas at Austin.
